LEASE ASSIGNMENT:

- The owner (Patrick Wadieh) has accepted that the actual tenant (Marcel Leduc) re-rents the condo.
- This shall be done following acceptance of a promise to lease between Patrick Wadieh and Marcel Leduc and the future tenant.
- The future tenant may extend the lease with the owner if he wishes, an increase shall be decided at that time.
- The future tenant shall supply: 1. A recent credit report with the promise to lease. 2. Work references, info on present residence, other info if requested by the owner with a promise to lease. 3. He shall supply proof of a 2 million dollar lialility insurance and coverage for his personal belongings, following the owner's acceptance and prior to moving in the condo.
